Our Company (Corporate Identification Number U20100AS2017PLC018272) was incorporated on December 13, 2017 as a public limited company with the name ÂGreenpanel Industries LimitedÂ. The registered office of our Company is situated at Makum Road, P.O. Tinsukia, Tinsukia, Assam Â 786125 and corporate office at Thapar House, 2nd Floor, 163 S P Mukherjee Road, Kolkata Â 700026. We have through a Scheme of arrangement sanction by NCLT, Guwahati Bench acquired the Pantnagar (Uttarakhand) and Chittoor (Andhra Pradesh) MDF and Plywood manufacturing units of Greenply.

2020

-The Company has approved Capital Expenditure Projects at its MDF Plants situated at Rudrapur (Uttarakhand) and Chittoor (Andhra Pradesh) to enhance the productivity and efficiency and to generate Solar Power

2021

-The Compahy has been Commissioning a new MDF plant at existing manufacturing unit in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, India.

2025

-Greenpanel Industries Limited has commenced the commercial production at MDF Plant in Tirupati District, Andhra Pradesh
