The Company was originally incorporated as “Harikanta Overseas Private Limited”, a Private Limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, Pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated October 22, 2018 Issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, pursuant to a Special Resolution of the Shareholders passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on January 27, 2025 the Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to “Harikanta Overseas Limited” and fresh Certificate was issued on February 22, 2025 by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
