Hariyana Ventures Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The company was incorporated during 1975 with the object of setting up of Re-rolling Mill. The manufacturing operations were commenced during 1979-80. The performance of the company was extremely good during initial years between 1979-1989. Due to encouraging performance and results the company had gone to expansion from manual to semi automatic and performed well. Steel Industry in general faced severe recession, which affected the company very badly. Thus the company incurred heavy losses during 1990Âs.

-Name of the company was changed from Hariyana Metals and Rerolloing Ltd to Hariyana Metals Ltd.

2020

-Company name has changed to Hariyana Ventures Ltd. from Hariyana Metals Ltd.
