Our Company was originally incorporated as 'Religare Technova Services Limited' on May 22, 2009 and received the certificate for Commencement of Business on June 3, 2009. The name of our Company was subsequently changed to 'Religare Technologies Limited' pursuant to a special resolution of our shareholders dated June 10, 2009, as the Company proposed to carry on the business of providing remote processing services whether IT related or otherwise and the proposed new name was more in consonance with the above objects of the Company. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to the change of name was granted to our Company on June 12, 2009, by the ROC.

2010

Our Company acquired the Healthcare Solutions Business of Sobha Renaissance Information Technology Private Limited pursuant to Master Transaction Agreement.

Our Company acquired 30% equity stake in C2L Biz Solutions Private Limited pursuant to Share Subscription Agreement and Shareholders Agreement.
