Somany Home Innovations Ltd. (SHIL) is a newly created Corporate Entity of HSIL Limited, vastly recognised by its Brand Hindware, a leading name in the Indian market. SHIL is focused on servicing end-consumers in the market and is involved in branding, marketing, sales, distribution, trading, service etc. of Consumer Appliances under the Brand name ÂHindwareÂ, ÂMoonbowÂ and Furniture Retail Business under the Brand name ÂEvokÂ.

2019

Somany carefully strategised demerger is complete. The demerger has led to formation of three companies, Somany Home Innovation Limited (SHIL), to cater to the marketing and distribution of our Consumer Products Division and Retail Division, Brilloca Limited (Brilloca), a subsidiary of SHIL, for the marketing and distribution of the Building Products Division and HSIL will house the manufacturing of Building Products and manufacturing and supply of Packaging Products Division. The demerger will unleash stakeholder value, enhance capabilities and create future-focused companies to accomplish the next growth trajectory.

2022
-Company name has changed to Hindware Home Innovation Ltd. from Somany Home Innovation Ltd..

2024
-The company issued rights shares of Rs. 2 in the ratio of 119:758 at a premium of Rs. 218 per share.
