Our Company was incorporated on February 19, 2019 at Bengaluru as a public limited company under the Companies Act,

2013, and was granted the certificate of incorporation by the RoC.

-Transfer of the Power Grids Business pursuant to the Scheme

2021

-Company name has changed to Hitachi Energy India Ltd. from ABB Power Products and Systems India Ltd..

2022

-Hitachi Energy India wins contract from NTPC Renewable Energy.

2023
-Hitachi Energy inaugurates its largest Global Technology and Innovation Center in Chennai.
-Hitachi awarded its 2023 Terra Carta Seal.
-Hitachi Energy wins order to upgrade world-record high-voltage direct current transmission system.
-Hitachi Energy passes 150 GW in HVDC links integrated into the power system, expands capacity to meet accelerating energy transition demand.

2024

-The Company has bagged an order worth Rs 790 crore from a fellow subsidiary Hitachi Energy Australia Pty Ltd.

2025

-The Company expands Mysuru facility to boost global supply of transformer-grade pressboard with world s first fossil-free production line.
