IFL Promoters Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on 2nd June 1992, with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi. The Certificate for Commencement of Business has been obtained on 9th December, 1992.

The Company is presently engaged in the following activities

MERCHANT BANKING & OTC OPERATIONS

The Company obtained Registration as Category-I Merchant Banker w.e.f. August 16, 1994 and since then it has won 10 mandates as Lead Managers aggregate amount of over Rs 150.00 crores.

The Company has been admitted as Dealer of OTC Exchange of India, New Delhi in 1993. The Company is also syndicating bought out deals for its client Companies with OTC Members and one such deal has already been finalised.

PROJECT ADVISORY & INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH SERVICES

The services of this division includes master minding entry decisions in new business areas, Project Identification Services, Pre-Investment Studies., preparation of Techno-Economic Feasibility Reports, carrying out market surveys and research and technology transfer, suggesting feasible backward/forward integration plans for existing projects,
business consolidation programmes etc.

PROJECT FINANCE & LOAN SYNDICATION

This is one of the major fee based activities of the Company. The Company has been arranging both short term and long term funds for Corporate Sector. The Promoters have so far done a national Loan Syndication business aggregating to Rs 130 crores. The Company also provides syndication services for Inter-corporate Loans, Bill discounting, Placement of Commercial Papers etc.

CORPORATE ADVISORY SERVICES

The Company is providing professional services in the areas of Acquisition, Mergers, Capital Restructuring, Assets Planing, rehabilitation of Sick Units etc.

-Company name has been changed from Indcap Financial Ltd to IFL Promoters Ltd.

2008
-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted To D-74, Regal Building, Connaught Place, New Delhi- 110 001

2010
-Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Rs 5

2013

-IFL Promoters has splits its face value from Rs 5/- to 1/-

-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from D-161, 1st Floor, Suraj Mal Vihar, Delhi - 110 092 To: A-66, 2nd Floor, Guru Nanak Pura, Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi - 110092.
