IIFL Capital Services Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated in Madras, India on March 21, 1996 as ÂAgri Marketing Services India Private
LimitedÂ, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Tamil
Nadu at Madras (ÂRoC Tamil NaduÂ). Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed to ÂIndia
Infoline.com Distribution Company Private LimitedÂ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 8, 2000
was issued by RoC Tamil Nadu. Thereafter, our Company was converted into a public limited company and its
name was changed to ÂIndia Infoline.com Distribution Company LimitedÂ pursuant to which, a fresh certificate of
incorporation dated December 2, 2005 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai at Maharashtra
(ÂRoCÂ). Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed to ÂIndia Infoline Distribution Company LimitedÂ
with a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 13, 2006 issued by the RoC. Thereafter, the name of our
Company was changed to ÂIndia Infoline LimitedÂ, pursuant to which, a fresh certificate of incorporation dated
February 27, 2014 was issued by the RoC. Subsequently, our name was changed to ÂIIFL Securities LimitedÂ, and
a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 7, 2018 was issued by the registrar of companies
