The Company was incorporated on 11th November, 1993 as Indo Credit and Investment Co. Limited with the Registrar of Companies Gujarat. The name of the company was changed to Indo Credit Limited w.e.f 16.09.1994 and obtained change of name certificate on 22.09.1994.

PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY

The Company is presently engaged in the business of investment in shares and securities and project financial consultancy in project identification, financial structuring and loan syndication to the body corporate. Projections are proposed to be achieved out of project consultancy and other financial services for which promoters have suitable and adequate experience.

The company has already started leasing and investment activities and have following project finance proposals in hand.
