Our Company was originally incorporated as “Indong Tea Company Private Limited” on December 28, 1990 vide certificate of incorporation bearing no. 21-50506 under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. Subsequently, the company was converted into Public Limited Company vide a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by ROC-Kolkata, consequent upon conversion from Private Limited to Public Company dated January 14, 2022 in the name of “Indong Tea Company Limited”. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company changed to U01122WB1990PLC050506.

• Crossed the turnover of Rs. 20.00 crores for FY 2020-21

• The Private Limited got converted into Public Limited and name changed to “Indong Tea Company Limited”
