Innokaiz India Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was originally incorporated on January 11, 2013 as a Private Limited Company as “Innokaiz India Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu, Chennai, Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Subsequently, pursuant to a Special Resolution of the Shareholders passed in the ExtraOrdinary General Meeting held on August 26, 2022 the Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to ‘Innokaiz India Limited’ and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on September 27, 2022 by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U74900TN2013PLC089349.

- The company made a world record for conducting 15,250 road shows / lead generations / sales promotion activities and was recognized by Lincoln Book of Records for the same.

- Conversion of the Company from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and Change of name of Company to Innokaiz India Limited.
