2 LEASE ARRANGEMENTS

2.1 The company has taken office, factory premises under operating lease or leave and license agreements.These are cancellable in nature. These are generally renewed or cancellable at the option of the company. Further, the lessors effectively retains substantially all the risks and benefits of ownership of the leased items. The Lease payaments are recognised in the profit and Loss account.

Primary Segment:

The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing (through outsiders) and trading of Dyed - Printed and Un-Stitched dress materials / fabricsand it is the primary segment.

Secondary Segment:

The company has no geographical segments.

4 Previous year’s figures have been regrouped / reclassified wherever necessary to correspond with the current year’s classification / disclosure.

5 Jinaam’s Dress Private Limited which was originally incorporated on Fourth day of March Two thousand eleven under the Companies Act, 1956 as Jinaam Apparels Private Limited and upon an intimation made for conversion into Public Limited Company, the said company is converted into Public Limited Company as Jinaam’s Dress Limited with effect from 28th May 2018.
