Our Company was originally constituted as a partnership firm under the provisions of the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 in the name and style of ÂM/s. Johnson CablesÂ, pursuant to a Partnership Deed dated February 02, 2012 entered into between Mr. Rakesh Sharma, Late Mr. Shankarlal Patel as Karta of his Hindu Undivided Family, and Mr. Chandreshkumar Shankerlal Patel, having its principal place of business at Plot No. 426, G.I.D.C Dediasan ,Mehsana-384002, Gujarat on the terms and conditions contained in the said Partnership Deed.
Subsequently, the Partnership Firm was converted into a private limited company under the provisions of Part I of the Companies Act, 2013 pursuant to a Supplementary Partnership Deed dated July 18, 2020 and was accordingly incorporated as Johnsoncab Electricals Private Limited on November 12, 2020 with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, bearing registration number 118226.
Thereafter, the Company was converted from a private limited company into a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed from ÂJohnsoncab Electricals Private Limited to ÂJohnsoncab Electricals LimitedÂ, and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad on December 05, 2025.

MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES:
2012
- Established Partnership firm in the name ÂM/s. Johnson Cables to manufacture basic low voltage wires and cables at Unit-1.
2015
- Added FR, HRFR, FRLSH, and ZHFR house wires along with improved quality systems in product range.
2017
- Expanded into PVC, XLPE, and Rubber Flat Submersible Cables.
2020
- Partnership firm converted into Private Limited Company under the name and style of ÂJohnsoncab Electricals Private LimitedÂ
2023
- Received ÂBest Product Award from the Government of Gujarat for quality products.
2025
- Established a manufacturing facility at Mehsana Gujarat (Unit-II) with Plot Area of 21,796 sq. mtr.
- Crossed ?1000 million in revenue from operations(1)
- Conversion of our Company from a Private Company to a Public Company.
2026
- Crossed ?2000 million in revenue from operations(2)
- Established a depot in Karnataka for storage and distribution of the Company's products in the southern region of India.
