We commenced commercial operations pursuant to a Certificate of Commencement of Business dated March 14, 2013 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U36100MH2013PLC240584. Prashant Jitendra Dholakia, Rohit Jitendra Dholakia, Purvi Prashant Dholakia, Jagruti Rohit Dholakia, Anvi Rohit Dholakia, Mehul Ravilal Dedhia and Neela Hemant Mehta were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
