Our Company was originally incorporated on September 26, 2012 as a Private Limited Company under the name and style of ÂKalyani Cast-Tech Private LimitedÂ under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi & Haryana vide CIN U26990DL2012PTC242760. Pursuant to shareholdersÂ resolution passed at Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on April 29, 2022, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Kalyani Cast-Tech Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation vide CIN U26990DL2012PLC242760 dated June 03, 2022 issued by Registrar of Companies,Delhi.
