Kenvi Jewels Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was originally incorporated as Suvarnkrupa Ornaments Private Limited on June 24, 2013 under the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. Subsequently, the name of company was changed to ÂKenvi Jewels Private LimitedÂ on August 14, 2017 under the Companies Act, 2013 pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders at the EGM held on August 05, 2017 and vide certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. Thereafter, the Company was converted in to a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders at the EGM held on August 17,2017 and consequently name was changed to ÂKenvi Jewels LimitedÂ (KJL) vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 24, 2017 issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. The CIN of the Company is U52390GJ2013PLC075720.

We are primarily into the business of manufacturing and retailing of jewellery. Besides this, we are also into wholesaling and trading of gold jewellery. The designing of the jewellery is done in house which is manufactured at the manufacturing unit situated at Manek Chowk. Further, we also get the jewellery designed by third party designers as and when required. We sell gold jewellery made with or without studded diamonds, precious and semi-precious stones. the product portfolio includes Wedding Jewellery, Festive Jewellery, Rings, Chain, Earrings, Ear Chain, Nose-rings/Nose pins, Waist belts, Mangalsutra, Anklet, Zuda, Toe Ring, Pendant Set/ Pendant, Bracelet and Bangles.

2023

-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:4.

-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs.1
