Further name of our company was changed to Khyati Advisory Services Private Limited and fresh certificate of incorporation consequent of name change was issued on April 4, 2022. Further the status of the Company was changed to Public limited and the name of our Company was changed to Khyati Advisory Services Limited and fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on May 06, 2022.
