Konstelec Engineers Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was originally incorporated as “Company Limited by Shares” under the name “Konstelec Engineers Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and the Certificate of Incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra on December 05, 1995, vide certificate of incorporation bearing CIN U45203MH1995PTC095011 issue by Central Registration Centre, Registrar of Companies. Subsequently our Company was converted into a public limited company vide special resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on June 30, 2023 and consequently the name of our Company was changed from “Konstelec Engineers Private Limited” to “Konstelec Engineers Limited” vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation granted to our Company consequent upon conversion into public limited company dated August 25, 2023 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai bearing Corporate Identification Number U45203MH1995PLC095011.
