Kridhan Infra Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was incorporated on March 21, 2006 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 as Readymade Steel India Private Limited. Pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on July 21, 2010 our Company was converted into a public limited company and consequently the name of our Company was changed to Readymade Steel India Limited. A fresh certificate of incorporation reflecting the new name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra on August 24, 2010.

Our Company was formed pursuant to a Joint Venture Agreement dated February 6, 2006 entered into amongst CSC Holdings Limited ("CSC"), Krishna Trading Corporation ("KTC"), Triveni Enterprises ("TE") and Mr. Anand Goel. The said joint venture has come to an end. Our Company initially set-up its facilities at Bangalore and commenced its test operations in the financial year 2007. In the same year, our Company ceased its operations from Bangalore and set-up our existing processing facility in Khopoli, Raigad in the year 2008.

Major events in the History of Our Company:

2006

Incorporation of our Company pursuant to a Joint Venture Agreement dated February 6,
2006.

Commencement of test operations from Bangalore.

2007

Sanction of Term Loan from Union Bank of India amounting to Rs.390 Lacs for setting-up
its facilities at Khopoli, District Raigad.

2008

Setting up of the existing factory at Khopoli, District Raigad, Maharashtra with an installed
capacity of 27000 MTPA

2009

Entered into an Letter of Intent with Larsen & Toubro Limited for processing of steel for its
Mumbai Monorail Project

2010

Our Company was converted to a public limited company

Our Company received ISO 9001:2008 certificate

2011

-Readymade Steel India Ltd got its shares listed in the Exchange in the list of 'B' Group Securities.

2012

-Readymade Steel enters into Technical Collaboration with CABR Technology Co., Ltd, China

-RMS completes acquisition of KH Foges Pte. Ltd., Singapore.

2013

-RMS Bags Rs. 115 Cr. order from Ministry of Health, Singapore.

-Readymade Steel bags order worth Rs 35 crore from Shangri La Hotel, Myanmar.

-Readymade Steel India successfully completed acquisition of PSL Engineering PTE Ltd and Rotary Piling PTE Ltd in Singapore".

2014

-The Company Name has been changed from "READYMADE STEEL INDIA LIMITED" to "KRIDHAN INFRA LIMITED" .

-Kridhan Infra Limited signed an agreement to acquire majority stake in Econ Geo Tech Pte Ltd".

-Kridhan Infra bags order worth Rs 150 crore through its arm KH Foges Pte Singapore.
-Kridhan Infra has splits its face value from Rs 10/- to 2/-
-The Registered office of the company has been changed from 203, Joshi Chambers, Ahmedabad Street, Carnac Bunder, Masjid (E), Mumbai - 400009 to 206/207, Tirupati Udyog , IB Patel Marg, Goregaon (E), Mumbai - 400063.

2015
- Kridhan Infra bags MoU with CCCC Tianjin Dredjing Co. Ltd
-Kridhan Infra Ltd has informed the registered office of the Company is changed from
207, Tirupati Udyog, IB Patel Marg, Goregaon (E), Mumbai - 400063 to A/13, Cross Road No. 5, Kondivita Road, Marol, M.I.D.C, Andheri (East), Mumbai- 400093.

2016
-Kridhan Infra - Kridhan Infra acquires a leading Singapore based civil engineering Company
-Kridhan Infra wins EPC work orders worth Rs 247 cr in Sâpore
-Kridhan Infra - Kridhan Infra acquires majority stake in Swee Hong Ltd: A Leading Singapore Based Civil Engineering Company

2018
-Kridhan Infra acquired "Hiilltop Concrete Private limited" as wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company".
-Kridhan Infra bagged order worth Rs 174 cr.
-Kridhan Infra bagged new order worth Rs 180 cr.
-Kridhan Infra bagged piling contract in Singapore.
