Lakshya Powertech Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was originally incorporated as “Lakshya
Powertech Private Limited” as a private limited company under the provisions of
the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated July 20, 2012,
issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. Further, our
Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company
pursuant to special resolution passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of
the company dated March 09, 2024 and consequently, the name of our Company was
changed from “Lakshya Powertech Private Limited” to “Lakshya Powertech Limited”
and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 13, 2024 was issued to our
Company by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The Corporate Identification
Number of our Company is U74900GJ2012PLC071218.

2012

Established as a consultancy company specializing in power
generation

2013

Diversified into Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of Gas
Power Generation

2014

Commenced Power Generation Projects, Marking a significant
expansion

2015

Ventured into the Oil and Gas industry, Broadening our scope
of services

2016

Secured an EPC contracts in Renewables in Malaysia,
showcasing our global reach and expertise

2017

Achieved ISO Certification for Quality Management Systems
(QMS), demonstrating our commitment to excellence and best practices

2018

Entered into Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK) Projects in the Oil and
gas Sector

2019

Initiated integrated O&M Contracts & Services for
Gas Processing Plants and Diversified into the sewage Treatment Plant business,
addressing environmental concerns with innovative solutions

2020

Established direct Operations and Maintenance (O&M)
partnerships with PSUs, solidifying our presence in the government sector and launched
our own fabrication workshop, enhancing our inhouse capabilities and project
efficiency.

2021

Entered  into Coal Bed
Methane Gas (CBM) and Compressed Biogas (CBG) Service Market
