1994 - The Company was incorporated on 4th April, to carry on the business of Leasing, Hire Purchase, Investment Banking, money market Operations, Corporate advisory services, Merchant Banking and money changing.
- The Company received the certificate of commencement of business on 18th April. The Company is registered with Securities & Exchange Board of India as Category I merchant banker with effect from 1st July.
- The Company has been promoted by Mr. Lalit K. Dangi, (B.Com, F.C.A, Grad C.W.A, A.C.S)
- The Company Public Issue of 54,00,000 No. of Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at par aggregating Rs. 5,40,00,000.

1995
- The Company has already prepared Portfolio Management Schemes for N.R.I. and Indian Public which will shortly be implemented. The Company is quite confident to muster good support for its Portfolio Management Schemes.
- CRISIL having given credit rating for fixed deposits as FA (Minus) indicating adequate safety for repayment of principal and interest, the Company proposes to mobilise fixed deposits during the current year.

1996
- The Company's subsidiary, Libord Investments Limited obtained the Pune Stock Exchange membership and would commence its operations in the current year.

2004
-Diversifies into 3D & 2D animations market

2008

2010
-Company has changed its name from Libord Infotech Ltd. to Libord Finance Ltd.
