The Company was originally incorporated as ÂMagenta Lifecare Private LimitedÂ as a private limited company under

the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated August 04, 2015, issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. Subsequently, upon the conversion of our Company into a public limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders on June 19, 2023, the name of our Company was changed to ÂMagenta Lifecare LimitedÂ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 05, 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.

- Incorporation of the Company in the name and style of ÂMagenta Lifecare Private LimitedÂ.

2023

- Converted into Public Limited Company vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 05, 2023.
