The company was incorporated as Magson Retail And Distribution Pvt. Ltd. under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad bearing Registration No. 105533 and the certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies at Ahmedabad. the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders on 30th September, 2022 and the name of the Company was changed to ÂMagson Retail And Distribution LimitedÂ. Consequently, a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name upon conversion into public company was issued by the ROC on 20th December, 2022.
