The Company was originally incorporated as "Maks Energy Solutions India Private Limited" as a private limited company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated July 27, 2010 bearing Registration Number 136962 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Pune, Maharashtra. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to special resolution passed by the members in Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on October 23, 2019 and the name of the Company was changed to "Maks Energy Solutions India Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from private company to public company dated November 21, 2019 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Pune, Maharashtra. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U31102PN2010PLC136962.

Major events and milestones in the history of the Company :

2010

- Incorporated as ‘Maks Energy Solutions India Private Limited’

2013

- Established the assembling unit of diesel generator sets situated in Kondhwa, Pune, Maharashtra, India

2014

- Started export of diesel generator sets to Middle East Asia and Africa

2018

- Entered into Joint Venture in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Africa with a local partner RoseMary Industries Limited, to manufacture, assemble, market and sell diesel generator sets and other related electrical components in Nigeria, Africa

2019

- Commenced operations for distribution of vehicle spare parts in the state of Maharashtra

- Conversion from private limited to public limited company.
