Our Company was originally incorporated as ÂMaxwell Engineering Solutions Private Limited as a private limited company, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated September 13, 2022 issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, Manesar having Corporate Identification Number U29308GJ2022PTC135432. Subsequently, our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company pursuant to special resolution passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the company held on June 09, 2025 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to ÂMaxwell Engineering Solutions Limited pursuant to fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 30, 2025 issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, Manesar having Corporate Identification Number U29308GJ2022PLC135432.

- Incorporation of the Company in the name and style of ÂMaxwell Engineering Solutions Private LimitedÂ.
2025
- 2026 Received certificate of registration for with respect to quality management system under ISO 9001:2015 for Manufacturing and Supply of Die Plates/Heads, Pelletizing Blades/Knives, Blade Holders, Tapped Driving Bushes, which ensures that we maintain quality standards across all operations.
- Converted into Public Limited Company in the name and style of ÂMaxwell Engineering Solutions LimitedÂ.
- Relocated our manufacturing facility from Shed No. 336/34/1-A, GIDC, Makarpura, Vadodara, Gujarat, India, 390010, to Plot 939 & 940, Waghodia GIDC, Vaghodia, Vadodara-391760, Gujarat, India. The new premises offer a significantly larger space, as our previous facility had an area of approximately 7,500 sq. ft., whereas our current unit spans 2,000 sq. meters.
