Our Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the name ÂMehul Telecom Private LimitedÂ, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated May 17, 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on February 28, 2025, our Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to ÂMehul Telecom Limited and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on March 20, 2025, by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U46524GJ2023PLC141259.Â
