Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a Shareholders' Resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General meeting of the Company held on March 23, 2018, and the name of the Company was changed to Mindpool Technologies Limited? vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 04, 2018 bearing CIN: U72900PN2011PLC138607 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Pune.

- Incorporation of the Company.
