Monnet Industries Limited was originally incorporated as Annapurna Engineering Pvt Ltd. as a Private Limited Company under the Provisions of the Companies Act,1956 and converted into a Public Limited Company on 25th February,1984. The name of the Company was changed to Monnet Ferro Alloys Ltd on 3rd April, 92. Further a fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained from the registrar of Companies,Delhi & Haryana at New Delhi on 30th Aug,1994 consequent to change of the name from Monnet Ferro Alloys Ltd. to Monnet Industries Ltd. The Company has obtained approval from Company Law Board,Northern region bench for shifting of Registered Office from Delhi to the state of Madhya Pradesh vide their order no.74/17/95-CLB dated 31st May,1995.The said order has been registered by the Registrar of Companies,Madhya Pradesh on 17th July,1995.
