Our Company was originally incorporated on June 07, 2001 as ÂNet Avenue Technologies Private LimitedÂ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu. Subsequently our Company was converted into Public Limited Company and name of company was changed from ÂNet Avenue Technologies Private LimitedÂ to ÂNet Avenue Technologies LimitedÂ vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated September 22, 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai.
