Nouveau Global Ventures Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated on 16th November, 1988 as Nouveau Consultancy Services Private Limited, under the Act. The Company was later issued a fresh certificate of
incorporation, on 10th February, 1995, by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, consequent to the change of name to Nouveau Finance pvt. Ltd. It was later converted into a
Public Limited Company and the name was changed to Nouveau Finance Limited by passing a Special Resolution in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on 24th June, 1995 and a fresh Certificate of, Incorporation was obtained from the Registrar on 11th July, 1995.

MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY (AS SET OUT IN ITS MEMORANDUM
AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION)

1. To carry on the business as Advisors and/or consultants in the fields of finance, production, personnel, marketing, administration, processing, storage, legal, accounting, distribution and offering technical know-how, training of personnel to any authority Government/Semi-Government/Municipal or otherwise and to develop establish and practice latest/improved methods and procedures, guidelines, technics for industrial, commercial, business and/or administrative purposes.

2. To act as consultants, or advisors to any firm or body corporate, association or other undertaking and subject as aforesaid, to act as consultants or advisors.

3. To perform financing services including factoring, bill marketing, broking, underwriting, merchant banking, making and arranging short term and long term loans and providing all types of financial advisory services. But the Company shall not carry on the business of Banking within the meaning of Banking Regulation Act, 1949, Commercial financial houses, shroffs, credit corporations, merchants, factory trade and general financiers and capitalists.

SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY:

Nouveau Finance Limited is a Member of Capital Market Segment of National Stock Exchange of India and doing broking business. However, in view of stipulation made by the National Stock Exchange of India for exclusivity of the broking business. Nouveau Finance Limited formed a wholly owned subsidiary company, Nouveau Shares & Securities private Limited (incorporated on October 20, 1994) to carry out such braking activities. The company applied to National Stock Exchange to transfer its NSE membership card in the name of its Subsidiary and the same has been received as on 5th September, 1995.

So far no commercial activities have been started by Nouveau Shares & Securities Private Limited.

-Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Re 1

-Company has changed its name from Nouveau Multimedia Ltd. to Nouveau Global Ventures Ltd.

-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted From 1-A, Hill View Apt., Next to Navrang Cinema, J. P. Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai - 400 058 To A/401, Pearl Arcade, Daud Baug Lane, Off. J. P. Road, Opp. P. K. Jewelers, Andheri (W), Mumbai-400058.

2012

-Company has Consolidates its Face value of Shares from Rs 1 to Rs 10

-Ms. Garima Kukker has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company

2013
-Nouveau Global Ventures appointed Mr. Om Bajaj as Additional Director of the Company.

2014
-Nouveau Global Ventures Entering into Teleshopping and e-commerce Business by signing a MOU with Naaptol Online Shopping Private Limited.

2015
-"Certificate of Appreciation" by ICAI has been awarded to the Managing Director of the Company for his contribution towards CSR activities".

2022

-Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1
