Novateor Research Laboratories Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was originally incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated April 01, 2011 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. Subsequently, the Company was converted in to a public company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders at the EGM held on April 12, 2019 and consequently name was changed to 'Novateor Research Laboratories Limited' (NRLL) vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 22, 2019 issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli.

2012

- Set up full fledge in-house Laboratory with the Manufacturing Unit

- Increase in Authorized capital of the company from 1.00 Lakhs to 10.00 Lakhs

2018

- Tie-up with E-Commerce portals- Nykaa for selling of its products

- Tie-up with 3 E-Commerce portals-Amazon and Flikartfor selling of its products

2019

- Increase in Authorized capital of the company from 10.00 Lakhs to 3.70 Lakhs

- Conversion of company from Private Limited to Limited

2025

-The company has launched of new product i.e. Smiloshine Sonic Power Power toothbrush.
