Our Company was originally incorporated as ÂNukleus Office Solutions Private LimitedÂ at Delhi as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated September 27, 2019, issued by the RoC. Thereafter, our Company was converted into a public limited company and consequently name of our Company was changed from ÂNukleus Office Solutions Private LimitedÂ to ÂNukleus Office Solutions LimitedÂ under the Companies Act, 2013 pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders at the EGM held on May 30, 2024 and had obtained fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 29, 2024 was issued by the RoC, Delhi NCR. The CIN of our Company is U70101DL2019PLC355618.
