Further the name of company was changed to ÂOjswi Trades Investment and Finance LimitedÂ vide fresh Certification of Incorporation dated April 11, 1996.

The company is Non- Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (ÂRBIÂ) under Section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 and primarily engaged in the business of finance and Investment related activities. The company received the certificate of Registration from the RBI dated January 17, 2001 issued by Reserve Bank of India, Department of Non Banking Supervision, New Delhi bearing number B-14.02091, enabling the

company to carry on business as a Non- Banking Financial Company.

The main Business of the company is providing finance to corporate. At times the company also carries on trading in shares & securities. The management of the company is very diligent in investing the funds and thus is progressive with the twin aim of ensuring liquidity & profitability. Due to rising rate of interest the company is expecting very good returns in the near future.
