The Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior dated December 15, 2014 with the name ‘On Door Concepts Private Limited’. the Company was converted into to a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to ‘On Door Concepts Limited’ by a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited was issued on May 01, 2023 by the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior. The Promoters of the Company are NSB BPO Solutions Private Limited, Mr. Narendra Singh Bapna, Mr. Pramod Ramdas Ingle, Mrs. Swati Bapna and Mrs. Vaishali Ingle.
