The Company was originally incorporated on February 21, 2013 as a Private Limited Company as ÂOriana Power Private LimitedÂ vide Registration No. 248685 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. Thereafter the main object of the company was altered by passing of special resolution by the shareholders of the company on August 19, 2019 and a new CIN U35990DL2013PTC248685-was issued by ROC, Delhi, Subsequently, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders at their Extraordinary General Meeting held on April 08, 2023, the Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to ÂOriana Power LimitedÂ and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on April 24, 2023 by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U35990DL2013PLC248685.

-Oriana Power Limited new order of 6.221MWp for executing solar power project have been received by Truere Up 2 Private Limited (wholly owned subsidiary) of the company under RESCO (Renewable Energy Service Company) segment of the company.
