A DUES TO MICRO AND SMALL ENTERPRISES AS DEFINED UNDER THE MSMED ACT

Based on the representations made to us by the management of the
Company, there are no dues to entities defined as Micro and Small
Enterprises under Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act,
2006.
B SEGMENT REPORTING
The Company doesn't fall in any of the category of entereprises as
mentioned in AS -17 "Segment reporting" notified by Companies
(Accounting Standards) Rules, 2006, so the company is not required to
apply this Accounting Standard.
C In the opinion of the Board of Directors, the Current Assets, Loans &
Advances have a avalue on realisation in the ordinary course of
business at not less than the amount at which they are stated in the
accounts. Adequate provisions have been made for all known losses and
liabilities
D Certain balances of Trade Receivables, Trade Payables, Unsecured
Loans & Advances are subject to confirmation.

F Provision, Contingent Liabilities and Contingent Assets
Provisions involving substantial degree of estimation in measurement
are recognised when there is a present obligation as a result of past
events and it is probable that there will be an outflow of resources.
Contingent Liabilities are not recognised but are disclosed in the
notes. Contingent Assets are neither recognised nor disclosed in the
financial statements.
G There are no Micro, Small and Medium Enterpises (MSMEs) as defined in
the Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 within the
appointed date during the year and no MSMEs to whom the Company owes
dues on account of principal amount together with interest at the
balance sheet date and hence no additional disclosures have been made.
H The Company is a small and medium sized company (SMC) as defined in
the general instructions in respect of accounting standards notifed
under the Companies Act, 1956. Accordingly, the Company has complied
with the Accounting Standards as applicable to a small and medium sized
Company.
I PREVIOUS YEAR FIGURES
Revised Schedule VI notified under the Companies Act 1956, has become
applicable to the company, for preparation and presentation of its
financial statements, from the financial year commencing on or after
1st April 2011. In view of the same, the Company has reclassified the
previous year figures in accordance with the requirements applicable in
the current year.

(a)The company did not owe any amounts to Small Scale Industrial
Undertakings outstanding for more than 30 days as on the Balance Sheet
date.
(b)Based on the information/ documents available with the Company, no
creditors is covered under the "The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises
Development Act, 2006". As a result, no interest provision / payments
have been made by the Company to such creditors, if any,'' and no
disclosure thereof are made in these accounts.
(c)"The Company is a Small and Medium Sized Company (SMC) as defined in
the General Instructions in respect of Accounting Standards notified
under the Companies Act 1956 Accordingly, the Company has complied with
the Accounting Standards as are applicable to Small and Medium Sized
Company.
(f) Previous year''s figures have been regrouped and/or rearranged
wherever considered necessary.
(g)Information regarding Balance Sheet, Abstract and Company''s General
Business Profile pursuant to part IV of Schedule VI to the Companies
Act, 1956 is annexed herewith.
