PKH Ventures Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was originally incorporated as ‘P. K. Hospitality Services Private Limited’ on March 23, 2000, as a private limited company, in accordance with the provisions of the erstwhile Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai (“RoC”). Thereafter, the name of the Company was changed to ‘PKH Ventures Private Limited’ pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company held on May 26, 2021 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 10, 2021 was issued to the Company by the RoC. Subsequently, the Company was converted to a public limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders at the extra ordinary general meeting held on August 7, 2021 and the name of the Company was changed to ‘PKH Ventures Limited’ vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 20, 2021 was issued to the Company by the RoC.

- Incorporation of the Company

2003

- Awarded tender for airport entry ticket counters at Mumbai airport

2008

- Commenced toll collection operations at all entry points across Delhi in joint venture with third parties

2009

- Managing restaurants, bars, lounges, car parking, etc. at fifteen (15) airports in India

2014

- Makindian Township acquired the land and machinery at Amritsar from IARC

- Completion of development of the first Mumbai Hotel i.e. Golden Chariot Vasai Hotel near Mumbai

2015

- Commencement of the 2nd Mumbai Hotel i.e. Golden Chariot, The Boutique Hotel, Andheri (East), Mumbai

2016

- Commencement of construction of Delhi Police Headquarters

2019

- Awarded the Nagpur Project

2020

- Awarded the Hydro Power Project

- Acquisition of Garuda Construction as the Subsidiary

2021

- Completion of construction of Delhi Police Headquarters

2022

- Started managing and operating a fine dine restaurant, “Oriental Bistro” and a coffee shop, “Buno & Kaffa” at the Hub Mall, at Goregaon East, Mumbai.

- Awarded construction contract of a slum rehabilitation project at Borivali East, Mumbai

- Entered into Joint Development Agreement with one of the civil construction company for the redevelopment of “Sharifa Mansion” situated at Dadar-Matunga in central Mumbai

- Won letter of award for development and operation & maintenance of Rajnagar Garhi Project, Pahadikhurd Project and Tara Resort Project in the state of Madhya Pradesh
