Our Company was originally incorporated as ÂProdocs Solutions Private LimitedÂ a private limited company under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013, vide Certificate of Incorporation dated March 12, 2019 issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to special resolution passed at Extra-ordinary General Meeting by the shareholders of our Company held on September 20, 2024, and the name of our Company was changed to ÂProdocs Solutions LimitedÂ. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company dated November 13, 2024, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
