Radiowalla Network Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was incorporated as a private limited company with the name of “Venturenet Partners Private Limited” under the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated July 30, 2010, issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, bearing CIN: U93090MH2010PTC206120. Further, our company changed its name from “Venturenet Partners Private Limited” to “Radiowalla Network Private Limited” under Section 21 of Companies Act, 2013 and new certificate of Incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai dated April 04, 2012. Furthermore, our company was converted into a Public Limited Company in pursuance of a special resolution passed by the members of our Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on November 09, 2023 and the name of our Company changed from “Radiowalla Network Private Limited” to “Radiowalla Network Limited” and Registrar of Companies, Mumbai has issued a new certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion dated December 18, 2023, bearing CIN U93090MH2010PLC20612.

Thereafter, the shareholders by passing a special resolution in the Extra ordinary General Meeting held on June 29, 2023, has approved the shifting of registered office of the company from the state of Maharashtra to the state of Karnataka and the order from the regional director, Western Region was received on November 16, 2023 pursuant to which INC-22 has been filed by the company and a new certificate of incorporate has been issued by Registrar of Companies, Bangalore, bearing CIN: U93090KA2010PLC183658.

2015

-Alteration in Memorandum of Association due to increase in Authorized equity share capital. The Authorized equity Share Capital was increased from existing Rs. 50,00,000/- to Rs. 1,00,00,000/-

2023

-Alteration in Memorandum of Association due to increase in Authorized equity share capital. The Authorized equity Share Capital was increased from existing Rs.1,00,00,000/- to Rs. 7,50,00,000/-

-Change in Registered Office of the company from the state of Maharashtra to the state of Karnataka.

-Conversion from Private Limited to Public Company and consequently name changed from “Radiowalla Network Private Limited” to “Radiowalla Network Limited”.
