Rainbow Childrens Medicare Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated as ÂRainbow ChildrenÂs Medicare Private LimitedÂ under the Companies Act, 1956, as a private limited company at Hyderabad at Telangana pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated August 7, 1998, issued by the RoC. Subsequently, pursuant to a resolution of the Shareholders dated November 3, 2021, the Company was converted from a private company to a public company and, consequently, the name was changed from ÂRainbow ChildrenÂs Medicare Private LimitedÂ to ÂRainbow ChildrenÂs Medicare LimitedÂ, and a fresh certificate of incorporation was consequently issued by the RoC on November 20, 2021 under the Companies Act, 2013.
