Rajputana Industries Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was originally incorporated as “Rajputana Industries Private Limited” at Jaipur as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated June 13, 2011, issued by the RoC, Rajasthan. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to the approval accorded by our Shareholders at their extraordinary general meeting held on April 21, 2023. Consequently, the name of our Company was changed to “Rajputana Industries Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from a private limited company to a public limited company was issued to our Company by the RoC, Jaipur on May 04, 2023, and Corporate Identification Number is U31909RJ2011PLC035485.

MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES:

2011

-Incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 as a private limited company.

-Allotted 15000 Sq. Mtr. land

2014

-Completed Prefabricated building

2015

-Started the Commercial Production as manufacturers of Copper and Brass Wire Rods

2017

-Introduced Super Enamel Copper and Aluminium Conductors to our range of Products

2023

-The company was converted to public company.

2024

-Started installation of Cable Plant.
