Commencement of Business on 9t h August 2011. Pursuant to the scheme of arrangement between Intellivate Capital Ventures Limited and Intellivate Capital Advisors Limited and ICVL Chemicals Limited and ICVL Steels Limited, the chemical division of Intellivate Capital Ventures Limited was demerged to ICVL Chemicals Limited. The scheme of arrangement between Intellivate Capital Ventures Limited and Intellivate Capital Advisors Limited and ICVL Chemicals Limited and ICVL Steels Limited has been approved by the Honourable High Court on December 16 , 2011.

2013

- With effect from August 10, 2013, the Company has appointed a new Compliance Officer.
- Fixes Record Date for Stock Split from Rs. 10/- each to Re.1/- of shares of the company.
-ICVL Chemicals has splits its face value from Rs 10/- to 1/-

2015
-The Company has changed its name from ICVL Chemicals Ltd to Ram Minerals & Chemicals Ltd.

-Ram Minerals and Chemicals Ltd has informed that the Company has changed its registered office to 209, 2nd Floor, Rishabh Corporate Tower, Karkardooma Community Centre, Delhi - 110092 w.e.f. June 16, 2016.
