YEAR EVENTS
The Company was incorporated on 26th September 1990, and it has obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on 27th September. The Company was promoted by A.R. Choksi, S.A. Choksi, H.A. Choksi and R. R. Patel.

1990 - The Company undertook to set up a project on a piece of land
admeasuring 5,254 sq. mtrs, at Halol Harni Road, Baroda at
Gujarat for preparing a blend of various grades of tea available
from different tea gardens and pack it in small pouches of 2.5
gms, 5 gms, 10 gms and upto 500 gms for consumers and bulk packed
in 5 Kg packs for canteens/restraurants. The products of the
Company are marketed under the brand name "Kakaji" Tea. The
Company already has 6 automatic pouch packing machines and it was
proposed to install additional 54 pouch packing machines.

- The Company as Co-promoter of M/s. Jolly Packwell Limited for its
backward integration project of packing materials.

- Subject to the necessary approvals, the Company proposed to issue
1,93,20,000 No. of Equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at par on
rights basis in the prop. of 4:1. Another 8,50,000 shares were
to be offered at par to the employees of the Company on an
equitable basis.

- The authorised capital was increased from Rs.50 Lakhs equity
shares to 250 lakhs equity shares.

2017

-Company name has changed to Retro Green Revolution Ltd. from Jolly Merchandise Ltd..
