The Company was incorporated as ÂRicha Info Systems Private LimitedÂ at Gandhinagar on October 1, 2010, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. Subsequently the conversion of the Company into public limited company, the name of the Company was changed to ÂRicha Info Systems LimitedÂ and fresh certificate of incorporation dated September 14, 2021 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
