The Company was originally incorporated on December 28, 1995 as ÂRidings Consulting Engineers India Private LimitedÂ vide Registration no. 55-75005 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, N.C.T of Delhi and Haryana. Further, the Company changed its name by deleting ÂIndiaÂ word from CompanyÂs name consequently name of company was changed from ÂRidings Consulting Engineers India Private LimitedÂ to ÂRidings Consulting Engineers Private LimitedÂ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 09, 2009 issued by the Registrar of Companies, N.C.T. of Delhi and Haryana. Furthermore, the Company has changed its name by adding ÂIndiaÂ word in CompanyÂs name & consequently name of company was changed from ÂRidings Consulting Engineers Private LimitedÂ to ÂRidings Consulting Engineers India Private LimitedÂ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 22, 2011 issued by the Registrar of Companies, N.C.T. of Delhi and Haryana. Further, the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and consequently name of company was changed from ÂRidings Consulting Engineers India Private LimitedÂ to ÂRidings Consulting Engineers India LimitedÂ vide Special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on November 14, 2017 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 24, 2017 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
