Our Company was originally incorporated as “Rite Zone Chemicals India Private Limited” on March 10, 2015, as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 pursuant to Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Subsequently, our Company pursuant to shareholder’s resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on April 07, 2022 changed the name of the Company from “Rite Zone Chemicals India Private Limited” to “Rite Zone Chemcon India Private Limited”. Our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to special resolution passed by our shareholders at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on May 18, 2022 and the name of our Company was changed to “Rite Zone Chemcon India Limited”. A Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra on June 02, 2022.
