RO Jewels Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was originally incorporated RO Jewels Private Limited under the Companies Act, 2013 videÂ certificate of incorporation dated December 11, 2018 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central RegistrationÂ Centre, Manesar. Subsequently, Our Company was converted in to a public company pursuant to a specialÂ resolution passed by our shareholders at the EGM held on September 20, 2019 and consequently name was changedÂ to 'RO Jewels Limited' (ROJL) vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 01, 2019 issued by RegistrarÂ of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. Our Company has acquired the entire business of ProprietorshipÂ Concern of one of our Promoter- Mr. Bharat Rasiklal Shah viz, M/s Ravi Ornaments through the BusinessÂ Succession Agreement dated December 18, 2019 which is effective from May 31, 2019. The Proprietor and ourÂ Company had exchanged letters dated 11-12-2018 between themselves clearly stating that both the parties wouldÂ acquire/sell and/or transfer assets and stocks between themselves by way of on-going concern and upon completingÂ and executing the respective transactions as agreed between themselves, a business succession agreement shall beÂ entered between them subsequently. -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 82:32.

-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 2/-.
