The company was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on 4th January 1995 in the State of Gujarat at Ahmedabad and obtained certificate of Commencement of business on 5th January, 1995 with the object of exploiting the fast growing financial service sector which has a tremendous potential in view of recent liberalisation policies of the Government. The Company is engaged in all kinds of financial activities and services including providing lease finance and investment activities and intend to develop it as a professionally managed company by expanding its branches & marketing network all over the country.

The Company has been promoted by Mr. Pawankumar Agrawal, a young and dynamic technocrat cum entrepreneur, who is looking after the family business since last eight years. He has been instrumental in promoting M/S Roselabs Limited, the company manufacturing Vat Dyes with successful track record.

PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY

The Company has been promoted by Mr. Pawankumar Agrawal and his associates. It has on its Board, directors having specialised knowledge and vast experience in the field of business and financial services including Lease, Hire Purchase and Investment activities. The Company has started its operations since last three Months in the dimension of lease, hire purchase and portfolio investment activities. The Company has planned to expand its activities in the area of leasing and hire purchase business and to part finance the same the Company proposes to raise the fund by issue of shares to public.

2008

-The Company launched the email ID exclusively for the purpose of registering complaints by investors

-The Registered office shifted from 123/1, Saijpur Gopalpur, Pirana Road, Piplej, Ahmedabad to 303, Shilp II, Near Sales India, Income Tax, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad.

2009

--Registered Office of the Company has been shiftedfrom "303, Shilp II, Near Sales India, Income Tax, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad - 380009" to "111/952, Nirmal Apt., Sola Road, Naranpuara, Ahmedabad - 380064"

2011

-The Company appointed Mr. Deependra Gupta as a Chairman and Managing Director of the Company.

2013

-Roselabs Finance Ltd appointed Mr. Ramnandanam Pandey as a Managing Director of the Company.

-The Registered office of the Company has been changed from 111/952, Nirmal Apt, Sola Road, Naranpura, Ahmedabad - 380064, Gujarat to 416, Anand Mangal Complex, B/H, Omkar House, C. G. Road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad - 380009

2014

-Roselabs Finance Ltd appointed Hemanshu Mumbaiwala as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
