1980 - The Company was incorporated on 28th May, in Maharashtra. It was
promoted by G. D. Somani and family. The Company obtained the
Certificate of Commencement of Business on 18th June. The
Company is a trader in caustic soda flakes.

1995 - 70 No. of equity shares subscribed for by signatories to the
Memorandum of Association. 49,930 No. of equity shares of Rs 10
each were issued in 1981 of which 19,930 shares reserved and
allotted to Directors their relatives and friends. Balance
30,000 shares issued to the public. During September 1981, the
Company issued 50,000 Rights equity shares in proportion 1:1.
50,000 redeemable preference shares issued to promoters, friends
and relatives on preferential allotment basis.Â

-Company name has changed to RRP Semiconductor Ltd. from G D Trading & Agencies Ltd..
