Our Company was originally incorporated as Private Limited, under the Companies Act, 2013 (“Companies Act”) in the name and style of “Safety Controls & Devices Private Limited” on June 01, 2015 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur. Later on, company was converted into public limited company, subsequently the name of our Company was changed to “Safety Controls & Devices Limited” and fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 10, 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U31908UP2015PLC071082

MAJOR EVENTS:

2016

- We bagged two prestigious contracts from UPPTCL since the Company’s existence: -

1. 400kV AIS S/S = INR 128 Crores

2. 220kV GIS S/S = INR 74 Crores (First ever in its voltage kind of the entire state of U.P.)

2019

- Received an Award for best MSME in UP from the Honourable CM of U.P.

- After having executed 128 Crores worth of Contract and having MAAT of 100 Crores, we could diversify in Green Energy: -

1. Bagged Company’s first-ever maiden 20MW Solar PV Plant at NTPC Rihand (INR 128 Crores Approx.).

2. Bagged Company’s first Development of EV Charging Stations.

2023

- Diversified into the field of Construction by bagging orders under the Scheme of Ayush of Building 04 50-Bedded Hospitals in U.P.
